REFUND & RETURN POLICY | VØRN ESSENTIALS

At VØRN Essentials, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unutilized (unworn or unused), with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Exceptions: Due to safety, hygiene, and promotional standards, certain items cannot be accepted for standard returns. This includes personal care products (beauty goods), custom orders, and specific clearance or promotional sale items.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vornessentials.com. If your request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Please note: As an independent brand offering complimentary shipping across the United States, customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs to our designated center.

  • Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@vornessentials.com with clear photo and video evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or refund.

CANCELLATION & PROCESSING POLICY

To ensure our Fast Free Shipping to the United States remains efficient, all orders are processed automatically within our system immediately after checkout.

  • No Modifications: Due to this high-speed automation, once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or rerouted.

  • Standard Procedure: If you wish to return your order, please wait for the package to be delivered to your destination and then initiate a standard return via support@vornessentials.com.

  • Return Costs: As per our policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our fulfillment center.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind it can take 7-14 business days for your banking institution to process and reflect the refund.
