HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER? To guarantee exclusive design and quality, we operate through international fulfillment centers. Our logistics timeline is as follows:

  • Processing Time: 1-3 business days (Quality inspection and packaging).
  • Estimated Delivery: 3-11 business days.

Please note: This timeframe ensures that each piece is carefully handled and delivered directly from our specialized providers to your home. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES VØRN is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will provide the delivery confirmation, date, and carrier information for the customer to investigate with the local postal service.

WILL I BE CHARGED CUSTOMS OR VAT TAXES? International shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). Any local customs duties, taxes, or VAT applied by your country's authorities are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information.

MULTIPLE ADDRESSES We only support one shipping address per order. For deliveries to multiple locations, please place separate orders.

CANCELLATION POLICY To ensure our Free Shipping to the United States remains fast and efficient, all orders are processed automatically within our system immediately after checkout.

  • No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
  • Route to Refund: If you wish to return your order, you must wait for the package to be delivered and then initiate a return via

  • Return Costs: As per our policy, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse.
